Processing arrangements:
We have proper arrangements for processing of fabrics for bleaching dyeing printing mercerizing sanforizing bleaching with hydrogen dyeing with direct dyes reactive dyes disperse dyes sulphure dyes basic dyes pigment dyes vat dyes printing with only imported pigment dyes and reactive dyes specially sodium hydro oxide is used for mercerizing and also have special imported sanforizing machine for sanforizing of fabrics.
Stitching arrangements:
We have own stitching units have maximum machinary strength such as singer machine for special stitching and safety machine for overlocking. In stitching items we are exporting bed sheets in single double king queen sizes and bed sheets are in flat fitted valance sheet quilt cover duvt cover pillow cover with flap curtain pairs cushions coverand apperans kitchen towals printed dyed bleached and house hold items.
Set up:
To produce high qualityfabrics we have our own setup consisting of latest machines such as sulzer shuttles auto& semi auto looms to have weaved different sizes and quality. Our production capacity is more than 5 million meters per month to meet the requirements of our clients.
